We Have a Close Date!

We finally have a house! The seller’s bank has finally come through, it’s only taken them three months, but we have a close date. We will close on the house on June 27th. We won’t actually take possession of the house until June 29th, but it’s ours. We’re taking possession two days later because the sellers hadn’t started packing until they got the verbal word from the bank, so they are not exactly ready to be out by next Friday. In all honestly, we’re not really ready yet either, but we will be by then. We have to be out of our apartment on Monday the 30th, so we have to be ready by next weekend. We will be.
